Trespassing, by North Carolina standards, is when a person enters or remains on the premises of another without authorization. Residents should protect their private property with No Trespassing signs. The Private Property: No Trespassing messages are supported with the listing of NCGS § 14-159.13., showing that the law is on your side. These signs are made from heavy-duty aluminum that won't rust or fade and stay strong in all outdoor weather. Note that North Carolina laws say that signs should be posted conspicuously. Questions?
