Florida statutes do not explicitly prohibit licensed gun owners to carry firearms in private properties, places of business, etc. However, the state does deems it trespass if any person enters or remains on a property without its owner’s authorization, and where notice against entering or remaining is given. (See Fla. Stat. § 810.09)
