Delaware does not have laws explicitly banning weapons on private property. It does, however, prohibits anyone from entering or remaining unlawfully on premises under its trespassing laws,
11 Del. C. § 821. A person unlawfully enters or remains on a property when he or she is not invited or privileged to do so.
MySecuritySign offers No Guns signs to private entities who wish to prohibit firearms on their premises and exercise their right to allow or deny entry.
