Sending a Notice to Stop People from Parking in Your Lot

March 20, 2017

Parking in lot

Have problems with people who park in your parking lot without permission? There are a few approaches you can take. You could notify the owner in person, call a towing company, or you >could put up a sign, for starters. But if you know who they are and can identify them, you can also send them a letter to put the car’s owner on notice. We’ve put together a sample below. When you send a letter like this, make sure to send it certified mail and to notify law enforcement, if appropriate.
