Have problems with people who park in your driveway? There are a few approaches you can take. You could notify the owner in person, call the police, or you could put up a sign<\/a>, for starters. But if you know who they are and can identify them, you can also send them a letter to put the car\u2019s owner on notice. We\u2019ve put together a sample below. When you send a letter like this, make sure to send it certified mail and to notify law enforcement, if appropriate.<\/p>\n

If you continue to block access to our property, you may be subject to legal action, including the ticketing and towing of your vehicle.<\/p>\n

This notice is effective immediately, and will remain in effect [permanently \/ until a particular date]. A copy of this letter has been provided to law enforcement.<\/p>\n
