The newest sign (on the fence) has the custom wording--required by CA--that I ordered in 2023. Instead I received a stock sign referencing children under the age of 14... Company insisted it was CA compliant and to this day, their websites still have it wrong. The current required wording went into effect January of 2020. The health department finally cited us in spring of 2025. I again ordered the custom wording pictured here, but received yet another sign referencing the age of 14. The company sent an exchange a couple of weeks later, but it was exactly the same as the other. Received the next exchange a few days ago and finally it has the correct wording. I couldn't find the invoice from the erroneous 2023 sign, so I went ahead and paid full price again this time. They didn't require me to send back the two wrong ones, but I'm going to request a shipping label and maybe we can work out a bit of a credit(?) These signs are of excellent quality, so even the one that was previously posted at our community pool for the past two years looks almost brand new. It's worth it to splurge for the upgrades. I appreciate that Aliyaa came through for me.
